We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing security operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in protecting organizational assets by monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats in real time.

You will work closely with network administrators, developers, and IT teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data. This role provides hands-on experience with industry-standard security tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response processes.

The candidate should have a robust foundation in networking and security concepts, along with a willingness to continuously learn about emerging threats, attack techniques, and defense mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar)

· Analyze logs from firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and servers

· Identify, investigate, and respond to potential security incidents and breaches

· Perform vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing using tools like Nmap, Nessus, and Metasploit





· Assist in threat hunting activities to proactively detect hidden threats in the network

· Analyze malware behavior and suspicious files using sandbox environments

· Support incident response processes including containment, eradication, and recovery

· Document security incidents, findings, and mitigation steps in detailed reports

· Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures

· Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks

· Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and secure infrastructure

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark)
- Understanding of common vulnerabilities (SQL Injection, XSS)
- Programming knowledge (Python or Java preferred)

Qualifications:

- B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications like CEH / Security+ (optional but preferred)

Pay: ₹290,332.23 - ₹580,055.18 per year
