Part-Time Digital Marketing Executive

Poornayu Ayurveda Wellness Center – Pimple Saudagar, Pune

Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day | Goal oriented)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the clinic's Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Design attractive social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Create engaging content related to Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Physiotherapy, wellness, and health awareness.
- Edit short promotional videos and reels.
- Plan and schedule regular social media posts.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Improve the clinic's online visibility and patient engagement.
- Respond to social media messages and online enquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance and submit weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for upcoming events, offers, and health camps.
- Build tie ups with doctors nearby (Orthopaedics/Gynaecologists), Schools/Play groups, Patho Labs.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut,



VN, InShot, or similar) (Additional).
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Qualification

- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Final sem) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience of 1-2 years in preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare or wellness marketing is an advantage.

Working Hours

- 4 hours. Goal oriented

Compensation

- Fixed monthly stipend/salary.
- Performance-based incentives linked to Goal achievement.

Primary Objective: Build a strong digital presence for Poornayu Ayurveda Wellness Center, increase patient enquiries, and promote authentic Ayurveda, Physiotherapy wellness services through effective digital marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
