The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, treasury management, and strategic finance initiatives. This role will play a critical part in supporting business decisions, AI infrastructure investments, digital transformation initiatives, and the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial models, business cases, and investment analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Develop management reports, MIS dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.

Accounting & Financial Operations

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and working capital management.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of returns, reports, and statutory disclosures.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and financial transactions.
- Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and financial due diligence processes.
- Optimize working capital and ensure effective fund utilization.

Technology, AI & Business Transformation





- Partner with leadership and technology teams to support financial planning for AI infrastructure, innovation programs, cloud initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop financial models and business cases for AI products, technology investments, and data center expansion initiatives.
- Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, and return on investment (ROI) for AI-driven programs.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered finance tools and automation technologies to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven insights.
- Establish financial KPIs and performance metrics for AI and technology-focused business units.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve finance operations through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational growth and expansion.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic business projects.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.




- Robust knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, treasury management, and financial planning.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Technology, AI, IT Services, Data Centers, Infrastructure, SaaS, or High-Growth Startup environments.
- Exposure to project finance, infrastructure investments, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and finance automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered finance platforms and business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
