Title: SAP ABAP Developer – HR/Payroll

Location: Hyderabad- Onsite

Mandatory skills: 7-12 years (ABAP), solid HR/Payroll focus

Must-Have Skills

- SAP ABAP (HR module)
- Strong hands-on Object-Oriented ABAP
- Reports, Enhancements, BADIs, Interfaces
- SAP HR & Payroll processing, schemas, payroll objects
- Advanced debugging & root-cause analysis
- Experience writing technical specs & design docs
- Exposure to SAP HANA (BTP is a plus, not core)

Responsibilities

- 7+ years of experience in Design and develop ABAP solutions for SAP HR/Payroll
- Build and enhance programs using OO ABAP and Enhancement Framework
- Work closely with functional consultants to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Independently handle complex issues and deliver within timelines
- Follow SAP development standards and best practices

Education

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech
