The Field Executive plays a crucial role in Rapido's ground operations. This position involves direct interaction with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, driver satisfaction, and service quality. The Field Executive will be responsible for driver recruitment, management, compliance, and day-to-day operational activities in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage driver partners in the assigned zone, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met Monitor driver performance and provide coaching to improve service quality and maintain high ratings Address driver grievances, complaints,



and concerns in a timely and qualified manner Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and hygiene standards Maintain accurate records and data on driver activities, complaints, and performance metrics Coordinate with customer service and compliance teams on customer-related issues Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency Participate in promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and safety protocols Generate daily reports on operations, driver availability, and key metrics

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
