We're Hiring: Marketing Research & Field Sales Executive

HiCube Designs is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Research & Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Guwahati

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Visit commercial spaces, restaurants, retail stores, offices, residential projects, and construction sites to generate leads.
- Meet with business owners, builders, and decision-makers to introduce HiCube Designs' architectural and interior design services.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the senior team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, and daily field activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally within Guwahati and nearby areas for client meetings and market research.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
