We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Accounts & Finance with an M.Com qualification and experience in the healthcare/hospital sector. Strong expertise in Internal Audits, compliance monitoring, and internal control processes is essential. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and the ability to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to financial policies within a hospital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Conduct and support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting,



forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and department heads for audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

- M.Com (Master of Commerce).
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience in internal audits and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
