Job Summary

We are hiring Client Counsellors to guide and assist clients by understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about company services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates with experience in Counselling, Academic Counselling, Career Counselling, Immigration Counselling, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, or BPO are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Counsel clients through phone calls and walk-in meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.





Qualifications

- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Counselling, Sales, Customer Service, BPO, or Telecalling is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
