2. Contribute to marketing & branding efforts to meet strategic objectives

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the school’s reputation and

raise awareness of the brand amongst relevant stakeholders

 Ensure adequate prospectuses are available to the team in a timely manner

 Newspapers ads, social media, and other channels to be utilized efficiently for

maximum reach to target audience

3. Team management

 Engaging and guiding the admission counsellors at schools

 Training school admission team in protocols, brand guidelines and processes so

that exceptional advice and customer service is offered to parents

 Getting involved in interaction with parents as required to solve issues, garner

feedback and using those suggestions/ ideas for further improvement

4. Data management and reporting





 Be the custodian of all data relating to admissions and retention

 Track and analyse relevant data (geographical location of visitors, enquiries,

registrations etc.) to aid in forecasting and planning.

Experience and Qualification
