What this job involves:
This is a full-time job wherein the individual will be responsible for connecting with business owners over tele-calling and help them select the products and services suitable to them, and provide customer support.
Requirements:
- Graduate with business understanding
- 2-5 years of work experience in tele-calling role
- Thorough understanding of business management
- Excellent proficiency in English,
Hindi and any other regional language
Skills expected:
- Customer service over call
- Ability to convince over a conversation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the larger team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
