We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and documentation while offering an excellent learning opportunity in a professional work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Update and maintain HR databases, attendance, and employee records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per day
