Job Summary

Radon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive sales through lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills with experience in the bathware, tiles, sanitaryware, or related building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through telecalling, emails, and online inquiries.
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathware, tiles, sanitaryware, and modular interior solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations,



product details, and pricing with customers.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, dealers, contractors, builders, and retail customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, logistics, and operations teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Stay updated on new product launches, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹12,393.76 - ₹39,956.35 per month
