Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing labor teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing work as per project schedules and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities related to civil and structural works.
- Allocate work to labor teams, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline.
- Check levels, alignment, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.




- Report daily site progress and issues to senior management.
- Maintain records of labor attendance and daily work progress.
- Assist in material planning and site housekeeping activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of building construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction quality practices.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical site experience may also apply.
