Account Executive's Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Data entry in Tally Sales, Purchase, Payment & Receipt , Petty Cash Expenses , Salary & other

- Maintain bookkeeping in Tally Prime and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

-Monthly & yearly Working of TDS & GST In Tally is must

- Handle bank transactions forex , including:- RTGS and NEFT transfers, CMS

-Make MIS

-Filling of documents

-Help auditors with finalization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required, degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive's in a relevant industry, such as freight forwarding, customs clearance.

- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally Prime, with hands-on experience.

-Work Independently or with little supervision





- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Location: Candidates based on the Western Railway Line or Metro Lines are preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
