About the Role

Delhi Scholars International School, Sector 88, Faridabad, is looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our Pre-Primary Wing. The ideal candidate will create a warm, engaging, and child-centered classroom where young learners can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for Nursery, LKG, or UKG students.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Foster children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom activities aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Observe, assess, and maintain records of students' progress and development.
- Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and positive values in children.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students at all times.
- Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or an equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary school is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
