Job Overview

Enatti Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, and cost tracking for residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities: Billing & Cost Control

- Interim Valuations (RA Bills): Preparing Running Account (RA) bills periodically to certify the value of work completed to date, ensuring contractors are paid for their progress.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generating and verifying interim payments and final bills for subcontractors and clients, ensuring accuracy against site progress and contracts.
- Quantity Estimation: Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Cost Monitoring: Tracking project costs (material, labor, overheads) against the budget to prevent cost overruns.
- Site Verification: Conducting site visits to measure progress and validate subcontractor invoices.

Key Responsibilities: Contract Management

- Tendering and Bidding: Preparing tender documents, inviting RFQs/RFPs, and preparing tender comparison statements.
- Contract Administration: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, subcontracts,



and work orders to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- Variation and Change Order Management: Managing contract variations (additions/deletions), assessing impacts on cost and time, and negotiating Change Orders.
- Claim Mitigation: Handling claims, contract disputes, arbitration, and final account settlements.

Key Project Stages

- Pre-contract: Estimating costs, preparing BOQs, and assisting with procurement.
- Post-contract: Managing valuations, payments, variations, and final accounts

Experience:

- QS, Estimates, BOQ Preparation: 2 years (Required)
- Preparing RA Bills : 1 year (Required)
- Labours/Subcontractors Bill certification: 1 year (Required)
- ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Payment followup: 1 year (Required)
- Residential and Commercial projects range 3000 to 30000 Sft: 3 years (Required)
- Rate analysis for civil and finishing works: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
