Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in GST, TDS, Tally ERP, bank reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting operations.

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, textile, or industrial accounting will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain vouchers, receipts, invoices, bills, and payment records
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment collection follow-ups
- Handle monthly GST workings, reconciliation, and compliance




- Manage TDS calculations and accounting entries
- Reconcile debtors, creditors, and ledger balances
- Maintain sales and purchase registers in Tally ERP
- Handle petty cash and daily cash transactions
- Process banking activities including:
- Cheque issuance
- Cash deposits
- NEFT / RTGS transactions
- Prepare:
- Salary statements
- PF records
- Worker wages / payroll support
- Support:
- Trial balance
- Balance sheet preparation
- Finalization of accounts
- Fixed assets accounting
- Financial MIS / reporting

Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- GST
- TDS
- Tally ERP
- Bank reconciliation
- Ledger scrutiny
- Preferred experience from manufacturing / textile industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and decision-making abilities
