Marketing Executive - Bangalore

We're looking for a driven and creative Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. If you have a knack for building campaigns that actually move the needle and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media presence, content calendars, and email marketing
- Own lead generation efforts with a clear target of 20+ qualified leads per day
- Track and analyse campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time
- Support brand-building initiatives and help maintain consistency across all touchpoints
- Identify market trends and opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proven track record in lead generation - you know how to hit and sustain daily targets
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing tools - Google Ads, email automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools




- Strong understanding of digital marketing - SEO & SEM, social media, and email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, results-driven mindset - you take ownership and follow through

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
