ABOUT THE ROLE

Career Launcher Ahmedabad is hiring an experienced faculty member to teach Quantitative Aptitude for competitive exam aspirants — including CAT, GMAT, IPMAT, CLAT, CMAT, XAT, and other MBA & Law entrance exams. The ideal candidate is passionate about making maths accessible, breaking down complex problems, and helping students consistently improve their scores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct classroom and online sessions for QA/Maths covering arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, and data interpretation
- Design and review study material, practice sets, mock tests, and question banks
- Track student progress and provide personalised guidance and doubt-clearing sessions
- Analyse previous year papers and exam patterns to keep teaching current and targeted
- Collaborate with the academic team to align with centre-wide teaching standards

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate / Post-graduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong percentile in CAT / GMAT / XAT preferred
- Prior coaching or teaching experience is a plus

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

- Strong conceptual grip on QA topics across all difficulty levels




- Ability to simplify concepts and explain multiple approaches to the same problem
- Excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, or Hindi
- Passion for student success and measurable score improvement
