- Prepare Prasadam recipes exactly as per brand recipe cards and yield standards
- Execute breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner production with consistency
- Maintain batch control, prep lists, FIFO, hygiene and wastage discipline
- Ensure taste uniformity, portion control and speed of service
- Coordinate with Helper Chef and service/cashier for rush-hour output
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment handling and closing checklist
- Support inventory counts and daily production planning
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
