Job Title: CA Article Assistant (Articleship)

Location: Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and finalisation of financial statements.
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
- Support Income Tax compliance and tax working.
- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit assignments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing and compliance.
- Work on budgeting, MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks and government authorities.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Support financial planning and day to day finance operations.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Eligibility

- Passed CA Intermediate (Both Groups preferred).
- Registered with ICAI for Articleship.
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards, GST and Income Tax.




- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
