Job Description – Trainee Executive (Sales Department)

Position: Trainee Executive – Sales Department Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry / BBA Experience: 0–1 Year Location: Bhosari MIDC Salary: Depends on Interview Performance Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

 Support the sales team in business development activities.

 Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.

 Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.

 Prepare sales reports, MIS, and maintain customer records.

 Follow up with existing and potential customers.

 Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support.

 Participate in market research and competitor analysis.

 Travel to customer locations when required.

Required Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of sales and marketing activities.





 Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Excel).

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Robust coordination and follow-up skills.

Eligibility:

 Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. Chemistry, or BBA graduates.

 Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

 Immediate joiners will be preferred.
