About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who is comfortable working across multiple visual formats - static design, video editing, motion graphics (GIFs/reels), AI-assisted content creation, and illustration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple creative hats and wants to work on real, fast-moving brand content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design graphics for social media, website banners, ads, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos, ad creatives)
- Create GIFs and short 2D animations for social media and marketing use
- Animate static designs into motion graphics for ads, reels, and explainer-style content (kinetic typography, logo animation, animated banners)
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to speed up ideation and content creation
- Design original illustrations and custom graphics aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into engaging visual content
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and channels
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, video formats, and emerging AI creative tools

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with AI design/video tools (Midjourney,



Runway, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of GIF creation and short-form video editing for social platforms
- Hands-on 2D animation/motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects (kinetic typography, animated logos, explainer-style visuals)
- Illustration skills (digital illustration, character/product illustration a plus)
- Good sense of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Understanding of animation principles (easing, timing, keyframes) for smooth, polished motion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have

- Experience designing for e-commerce brands (product banners, listing images)
- Knowledge of Figma or Canva for quick collaborative design
- Familiarity with additional animation tools (Blender, Lottie/Bodymovin, Procreate Animation, Rive)
- Exposure to 3D animation/design (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) is a bonus - not required, but a strong plus
- Basic understanding of social media content trends (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
- A portfolio showcasing a mix of design, video, animation, and illustration work

- Strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Good communication and ability to take feedback constructively
- Time management skills to handle multiple deliverables
- Self-motivated and proactive with ideas
