Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to generate qualified leads, build relationships with channel partners, and source prospective buyers for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to meet sourcing targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate property presentations and site visits with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of channel partners and customer leads.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
