The Senior Manager – Sourcing will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, vendor management, and procurement operations. The role focuses on optimizing cost, ensuring quality, and building a strong supplier network for plush fabrics and trims, both domestically and internationally.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sourcing Strategy & Vendor Management

 Develop and implement sourcing strategies for plush fabrics and trims

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (domestic & international)

 Build and maintain robust vendor relationships

B. Procurement & Cost Optimization

 Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms

 Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards

 Drive cost reduction initiatives

C. Fabric & Accessories Sourcing

 Handle sourcing and development of fabrics and trims





 Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements

D. Sample Development & Coordination

 Coordinate with internal teams for sample development

 Ensure timely execution and approvals

E. Quality & Compliance

 Ensure supplier quality standards and compliance

 Work closely with QA teams for quality assurance

F. Supply Planning & Inventory Control

 Manage supply planning and inventory levels

 Avoid stock shortages or excess inventory

G. Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing

 Promote ethical sourcing practices

 Ensure sustainability standards in procurement processes

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
