KollegeApply is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students in selecting the right colleges and courses. The role involves counseling students over phone, understanding their educational requirements, and assisting them through the complete admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students who have shown interest in colleges and courses.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable colleges and courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with university admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve admission targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–4 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
