- Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for current hires.
- Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Assist in implementing HR programs and policies to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Contribute to HR projects, including employer branding, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage employee exit processes, including offboarding and exit interviews.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- Ability to analyse trends and metrics to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
