Asian Vivekanand Super Speciality Hospital is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination among clinical and non-clinical departments, maintain operational efficiency, resolve patient concerns, and ensure compliance with NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, diagnostics, and support services to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
- Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor patient services, cleanliness, safety, and overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory requirements.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments during critical situations.




- Prepare incident reports, shift handover reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Support departmental coordination for admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA (Hospital/Healthcare Management), or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multi-speciality hospital.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality systems.
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
