About the role

We're hiring a DSA Teaching Assistant to work directly with learners building their problem-solving skills. You'll spend most of your day unblocking students — debugging their code, explaining why their approach is O(n²) instead of O(n log n), and helping concepts actually click. If you enjoy explaining problems as much as solving them, this is a good fit.

What you'll do

- Run doubt-clearing sessions (1:1 and group) on data structures and algorithms
- Review student code and give specific, actionable feedback
- Support live classes and lab sessions alongside the instructor
- Build and maintain problem sets, test cases, and written editorials
- Track learner progress and flag students who need extra attention

What we're looking for

- Strong command of DSA: arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, hashing, recursion, trees, graphs, heaps, sorting/searching, greedy, and dynamic programming
- Proficiency in Java (preferred). C++/Python is acceptable if your Java is strong enough to read and debug student code
- A consistent problem-solving record on LeetCode / GeeksforGeeks / Codeforces — share your profile




- Ability to explain a solution clearly: approach first, code second
- Patience. A good part of this job is answering the same question three different ways until it lands
- Final-year student or graduate in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent self-taught background
- Based in Pune or able to relocate

Bonus points

- Prior TA, tutoring, or mentoring experience
- Competitive programming background
- Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi
