Team Leader (Backend Operations)
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the backend operations team.
- Manage verification, documentation, and examination-related processes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Review team output to maintain quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
- Resolve operational issues and support process improvements.
- Train and mentor team members.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- 3–5 years of backend operations experience, including 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.
- Experience in verification, examination, documentation,



or administrative operations is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Preferred Industry: Education, Universities, Examination Bodies, Certification Agencies, Training Institutes, or Verification/Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,029.94 - ₹38,000.00 per month
