We’re Hiring | Head of Collections | Bridge - A Padmalaya Company At Bridge, we’re on a mission to make credit accessible and responsible. As we scale our lending business, we’re looking for a Head of Collections who brings deep expertise, sharp instincts, and a track record of building high-performing collections operations.

What we’re looking for:

15+ years of experience in collections, credit risk, or debt management — with a strong command of the full collections lifecycle

Hands-on experience in the NBFC and STPL (Short-Term Personal Loan) space — you understand the nuances of this segment inside out

Proven ability to build and lead large, distributed collections teams with empathy and accountability

Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks, RBI guidelines,



and compliance requirements governing collections in IndiaData-driven mindset — comfortable using analytics and technology to improve recovery rates, reduce delinquencies, and optimize team performance

Experience working with legal, field, and digital collections channels

Delhi-based (or willing to relocate)

What you’ll own:→ Collections strategy across pre-delinquency, early bucket, and NPA portfolios→ Building and scaling a best-in-class collections team and vendor ecosystem→ Driving recovery efficiency while maintaining customer dignity and compliance→ Working closely with credit, risk, and tech teams to close the feedback loop

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
