We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Delhi, Punjab & Jaipur

Infrafusion Engineering Limited (IFL) is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Sales Managers to drive business growth in the Welding Consumables & Industrial Solutions segment.

Locations

- Delhi NCR
- Punjab
- Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
✔ Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients.
✔ Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support.
✔ Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
✔ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
✔ Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.




- 3–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in welding consumables, electrodes, MIG wires, abrasives, or allied engineering products.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
