We are looking for an Architect who will act as the single point of contact for land evaluation, project planning, design coordination, and development feasibility. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, project teams, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution from land acquisition through project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate new land opportunities and prepare development feasibility reports. Prepare preliminary concept layouts and master plans. Assess development potential, saleable area, FSI/FAR, zoning regulations, setbacks, and project viability. Coordinate with Town Planning Consultants, Legal Consultants, Surveyors, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, and Government Liaison Consultants. Identify, appoint, and manage external consultants required for each project. Prepare and submit consolidated feasibility reports to management. Coordinate with Design Architects and Architectural Consultants to review and manage all architectural drawings. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, Project Heads, Contractors, and execution teams to ensure drawings are implemented correctly and resolve design-related issues. Review, track,



and maintain architectural drawings, revisions, approvals, RFIs, and all project design documentation. Ensure timely coordination between consultants and site teams. Monitor consultant deliverables, approvals, project timelines, and coordination meetings. Support management during land acquisition, joint ventures, planning, and execution of ongoing projects.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2–5 years of experience in real estate development, architectural planning, or project coordination. Valuable understanding of FSI/FAR, development regulations, and construction drawings. Strong coordination and project management skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and MS Office. Salary ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month (based on experience and capability).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
