Avnol Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead field sales operations and expand our business across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, stockists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and team performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Field Sales.
- Experience in handling Medical Representatives is preferred.




- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Varanasi and nearby pharmaceutical market.
- Target-driven and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., or MBA preferred).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
