- Commerce graduate with analytical ability.
- Having 3 to 5 years of Experience in Home Loan / Loan against Property.
- Able to handle the team of ~15 Tele Sales Executives
- Able to meet the sales targets and process performance benchmark
- Able to communicate the organization goal clearly with the sales executives
- Able to manage the shrinkage and attrition
- Monitor the team performance and maintain the agent performance report
- Create an inspiring team setting with an open communication culture
- Adhere the appropriate shift timings
- Maintain the sales Quality and follow the appropriate standard operating procedure
- Maintain the professionalism on the floor and follow the policies of the process
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide the relevant product
- Provide constructive feedback regularly to improve the work
- Handle the customer escalation/ query provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers
