We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) Claim Investigator to conduct investigations related to motor accident claims in Kannur District. The candidate will be responsible for collecting factual evidence, verifying claim details, and preparing comprehensive investigation reports for insurance companies.
- Conduct field investigations for MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) cases.
- Meet petitioners, respondents, drivers, vehicle owners, and witnesses to collect statements (AVRs).
- Verify the exact cause of the accident through spot inspections and local enquiries.
- Conduct respondent, insured, and petitioner verifications.
- Visit police stations to collect FIR, Final Report, Scene Mahazar, Rough Sketch, Charge Sheet, and other relevant records.
- Perform vicinity enquiries and identify independent witnesses.
- Collect KYC documents, photographs, vehicle details, and other supporting evidence.
- Take spot photographs and document the accident location.
Minimum 1 year experience required in insurance claim investigation.
