Job Title: Hostel Manager

Job Summary:
The Hostel Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the hostel, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily hostel operations and room allocations.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
- Handle resident admissions, check-ins, check-outs, and grievances.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hostel policies.
- Maintain records, collect fees, and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues.
