Core Responsibilities

- Conduct physical education classes for students
- Teach exercises, drills, yoga, and basic fitness routines
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits (fitness, nutrition, discipline)

Sports Training & Coaching

- Train students in different sports like:
- Cricket, football, volleyball, athletics, etc.
- Identify talented students and give advanced coaching
- Prepare teams for:
- Inter-school/college competitions
- District/state-level tournaments

Fitness & Health Development

- Plan activities to improve:
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Endurance
- Conduct warm-ups, workouts, and cool-down sessions
- Monitor students’ physical fitness levels

Event Organization

- Organize:
- Sports Day
- Annual athletic meets
- Intramural competitions
- Handle scheduling, rules, and fair play during events

Assessment & Record Keeping

- Evaluate students based on:
- Participation
- Fitness performance
- Skills in sports
- Maintain records of:




- Attendance
- Performance and achievements

Discipline & Safety

- Ensure:
- Students follow safety rules during games
- Proper use of sports equipment
- Prevent injuries and handle basic first aid if needed

Student Motivation & Guidance

- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
- Motivate students to participate in physical activities
- Guide students interested in sports careers

Equipment & Ground Management

- Maintain:
- Sports equipment (balls, nets, kits)
- Playground/field conditions
- Ensure everything is safe and usable

PET teacher qualification (B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed)

minimum experience- 2-3 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,751.26 - ₹22,000.00 per month
