Key Responsibilities

- The role involves aggressively identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors who provide delivery partners across assigned regions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, staffing agencies, and field recruiters.

- The role also requires negotiating and managing contracts.

- Drive rider supply growth and achieve onboarding targets across operational locations.
- Own vendor performance, vendor growth, and ensure delivery against agreed hiring targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify current supply channels and strengthen existing vendor partnerships.
- Develop sourcing strategies to improve rider acquisition and reduce supply gaps.
- Collaborate with Operations and Recruitment teams to fulfil city-wise manpower requirements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor hiring practices, and local supply opportunities.
- Ensure vendor compliance, documentation, and onboarding quality standards.
- Track vendor performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
