About Us

Rise Engineers is a precision engineering company manufacturing pneumatic motors, assemblies, and precision-machined cast iron and alloy steel components for industrial and mining applications. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to strengthen our quality control team.

Position

Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector

Experience

* 3–8 years in CNC machining, precision engineering, automotive components, or heavy engineering industries and assemblies.

Qualification

* Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machined components.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance specifications.

* Inspect dimensions using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, dial indicators, and thread gauges.

* Conduct hardness testing and maintain inspection records.

* Identify quality issues and coordinate with production to implement corrective actions.

* Prepare inspection reports and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

* Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.





* Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of precision machining processes.

* Experience with CNC-machined cast iron and alloy steel components.

* Good understanding of geometric tolerances and measurement techniques.

* Ability to independently handle shop-floor quality activities.

* Basic knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.

* Positive communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from automotive component manufacturers, precision machining companies, hydraulic equipment manufacturers, compressor manufacturers, or heavy engineering industries will be preferred.
