We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our two warehouse facilities in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, implementing operational improvements, and providing detailed operational reports to the management on a daily and weekly basis.

The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and prior experience managing warehouse teams in a product-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete operations of both warehouse facilities.
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productive workflow and productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods while maintaining proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management,



highlighting warehouse performance, stock status, pending issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and team productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in managing multiple warehouse facilities will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 8+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
