We are seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
