We are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to join our HR team at Neuberg Diagnostics in Perungudi, Chennai. If you have experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.).
- Prepare Full & Final Settlements (F&F;).
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve them promptly.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and statutory reports.
- Maintain payroll data confidentiality and accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related activities.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Valuable understanding of Indian payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience handling payroll for medium to large organizations.
- Exposure to HRMS/payroll systems.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
