We are a fast-growing fintech building mobile-first digital wallet, KYC/onboarding, and banking-integration platforms across international markets, including the UAE and India. We're hiring an experienced Senior Technical Lead to anchor the engineering of our products — someone who leads from the front and is still deeply hands-on across a modern .NET Core and mobile stack.

You'll own architecture and engineering standards, mentor a talented team, and personally ship high-impact features across our microservices and mobile apps. If you enjoy clean code, cloud-native architecture, and building reliable products in a fast-paced fintech workplace, this role is for you.

What you'll do

- Lead the design and delivery of backend microservices in .NET Core 6/8 using clean architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Set and own engineering standards, drive code reviews, and make key architecture decisions.
- Mentor and coach engineers and grow the capability of the team.
- Build and enhance features across our mobile applications and their supporting APIs — wallet, onboarding/KYC, and payments.
- Design secure REST and gRPC APIs with OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD / JWT.
- Architect event-driven services using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Lead integrations with banking, payment, and KYC partners.
- Own CI/CD (Azure DevOps), containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Champion TDD, coding standards, and OWASP / SOC2-aligned security.
- Set up observability ( Application Insights, Grafana) and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Must-have requirements





- 9+ years in software engineering with strong hands-on C# / .NET Core (6/8), including experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring — owning standards, reviews, and delivery.
- Mobile app development — building and shipping production apps with React Native and/or Flutter, plus familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) and app-store release processes.
- Strong experience architecting microservices — CQRS, DDD, Repository/Factory patterns, event-driven design.
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Storage/Blob, Cosmos DB, Azure AD, Azure DevOps).
- Messaging/streaming with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- REST and gRPC APIs with OAuth 2.0 / JWT security.
- SQL Server / PostgreSQL and NoSQL (Cosmos DB / MongoDB).
- Web frontend in React or Angular.
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and disciplined TDD / unit testing.
- Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable leading in a distributed team.

Good to have

- Fintech / payments / digital wallet / KYC domain experience.
- Experience integrating with banking or payment partner APIs in regulated environments.
- Push notifications, deep linking, biometric/secure storage, or mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, App Center).
- Elasticsearch, SignalR / WebSockets, or serverless experience.
- Microsoft Azure certification(s).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹1,050,608.85 - ₹2,380,888.21 per year
