Role: Junior IT Support Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 Yrs.

Job Location: Coimbatore & Perundurai

Salary: As per industry Standard.

Job Requirements:

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups.
- Support end-users with technical problems, providing transparent instructions and troubleshooting solutions.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues or irregularities.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications And Skills:

- B.SC Comp.Sc/IT
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)



and common office applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
- Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and best practices.
