Site Supervisor

Exp: 3-5 years

Salary : 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Education Qualification : 10th or equivalent

A Construction Site Supervisor manages daily site operations, ensuring projects are built safely, on time, and within budget by overseeing workers, subcontractors, and activities, enforcing safety rules, coordinating schedules, managing materials, inspecting quality, and

communicating with managers and clients, all while interpreting blueprints and resolving on- site issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management:

Plan, schedule, and control daily site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Safety C Compliance:

Enforce health/safety regulations, identify hazards, conduct safety briefings, and manage incident response.

- Team Leadership:

Supervise, motivate, and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and tradespeople, assigning tasks and resolving conflicts.

- Quality Control:

Inspect work, ensure adherence to building plans and standards,



and check the quality of completed jobs.

- Communication C Reporting:

Liaise with project managers, clients, and engineers; prepare site reports, logs, and attendance records.

- Resource Management:

Order supplies, manage material deliveries, and organize equipment maintenance. Essential Skills C Qualifications

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- First aid certification is often required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
