Position Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bhubaneswar

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that communicate our brand message across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
- Work closely with our team to understand project objectives and create designs that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality, on-brand design concepts and layouts from concept to final output.
- Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve your design skills.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s visual identity, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product, marketing, and development) to create seamless and impactful customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts,



or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and also contribute ideas to design discussions.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with UI/UX design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with web design and mobile-responsive design.
- Experience in branding and logo design.
