Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, Pneumatic, and other production machines.
- Conduct routine inspection, servicing, and lubrication of machines.
- Replace defective mechanical parts and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow safety standards and ensure proper maintenance practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 2 years
- Diploma: Minimum 4 years
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of CNC, VMC, Pneumatic, and industrial manufacturing machines.
- Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to identify machine faults and resolve them efficiently.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
