Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js,
TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and contemporary frontend architecture to build a next-generation AI-powered
scheduling and optimization platform for the home-care industry.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and upgrade our multi-tenant scheduling and optimization engine.
- Develop domain logic: staff, routing, competencies, time-windows, continuity scoring.
- Create frontend components: scheduling UI, KPIs, dashboards.
- Design efficient APIs for large-scale operations.
- Build scenario planning tools and forecasting modules.
- Optimize data handling at scale.
- Implement metrics, observability, drift detection.

Qualifications
Must Have:

- Next.js, React, TypeScript expertise
- PostgreSQL + ORM (Drizzle preferred)
- Scalable backend/API development
- Strong React fundamentals
- CI/CD experience
- Strong architecture and clean code practices

Good to Have:

- Timefold / OR-Tools
- Scheduling UIs (Bryntum)
- AWS architecture knowledge
