What you'll do

- Work with the Sales Team on creating reporting dashboards for the team.
- Introduce and track Key Sales activities for Global Sales Team like RFQ trackers, quote submissions, budgets, customer visit plans, customer contracts, product development activities etc.
- Update and Control the central database for Sales.
- Analyse key trends in the global automotive accessories and aftermarket.
- Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, customer behaviour, product performance, and market dynamics.




- Prepare and circulate periodic reports capturing market trends, key internal activities etc
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborating with global sales team to take and give insights on the business
- Attend some events on behalf of Motherson aftermarket to represent and gather information on competition, key market trends, etc.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or MBA from a good college
- Experience: 3 to 5 years handling similar responsibilities.
- Excellent desktop research capabilities using tools.
- Automotive Component market knowledge would be helpful, not compulsory
- Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication skills, Detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic.
